Enfin, sachez que l'on n'échoue pas aux tests : ils servent simplement à situer votre niveau au regard du niveau requis pour pourvoir suivre la formation souhaitée. Ca va servir au psychologue qui vous reçoit à vous proposer une entrée directe en formation, le passage par des cours par correspondance ou une formation préparatoire ou une réorientation vers un métier convenant mieux à vos aptitudes.

Les tests de logique ne nécessitent aucune préparation. Pour les connaissances en mathématiques, ce sont des connaissances de base (les quatre opérations, les fractions, calcul de surface et volume) en fonction du projet de formation, il peut y avoir des équations simples. Avec un CAP de menuiserie, normalement il n'y aura pas de problème si la formation demandée est du même niveau.

Les tests sont en lien avec la formation visée. Le niveau des pré-requis demandés correspond au niveau d’entrée en formation (niveau V, niveau IV…). 
Il y a en effet 2 types de test :
- Des tests de niveau en mathématiques et en français, le niveau des pré-requis demandés correspondent au niveau d’entrée en formation nécessaire.
