Je voudrais parler de ce qui m'arrive depuis 3 ans, et qui me pénalise socialement et finacièrement: pour avoir refusé de rire à des blagues phallocrates puis refusé des heures supplémentaires, (alors que j'avais déjà plus de responsabilités que mes collègues sans l'avoir demandé, ni aucune contre-partie),certains de mes chefs hiérarchiques (je suis enseignante, donc fonctionnaire donc parait-il, privilégiée?) m'ont littéralement jetée en pâture aux médecins soi-disants experts agréés sur leur liste, privée de formation professionnelle sans motif, rétrogradée, privée de mon demi-salaire, traumatisée par une agression au travail (seul l'accident a été pris en compte après difficultés); Tout ceci sans pouvoir avoir accès aux prud'hommes puisque fonction publique ; les gens que je connais dans le privé me disent que ce cas ne pourrait pas se prolonger si ce n'était pas l'état mon patron ...
J'en ai marre de tout ça, et de répondre à leurs lettres incohérentes et mensongères !!!
