Congé parental et auto-entrepreneur
Bonjour,
Je suis actuellement salariée à temps plein dans une entreprise ; et suis auto-entrepreneur avec une boutique ouverte tous les samedis.
Actuellement enceinte, j'envisage de poursuivre mon congé maternité par un congé parental à temps partiel.
Dans quelle mesure puis-je combiner ce temps partiel entre mon activité salariée et la boutique si je ne suis ouverte que le samedi ?et si je souhaite ouvrir d'autres jours de la semaine ?et si je souhaite créer une boutique en ligne sur internet ? Y a t-il un maximum d'heures légales où je suis autorisée à travailler ? Dois-je partager mon temps partiel entre l'entreprise et la boutique pour pouvoir bénéficier de l'aide de la caf pendant les 6 mois ?
Une fois les 6 mois passés, je peux continuer à être en congé parental jusuq'au 3 ans de mon 1er enfant mais sans toucher le caf c'est bien cela ?
