Concilier vie professionnelle et familiale
Je n'arrive pas à concilier ma vie professionnelle et ma vie personnelle. Je suis mariée avec un enfant pris en charge par une nourrice. Mon mari et moi-même avons acheté une maison à laquelle nous tenons beaucoup et nous remboursons près de 1200€ /mois de prêt bancaire. Je suis ingénieur, j'occupe un poste de cadre de base à 2200€ net /mois. J'assume un poste à haute valeur ajoutée (ingénieur matériaux niveau expert) chez un équipementier automobile. L'évolution de l'organisation du service dans lequel je travaille fait que je me déplace beaucoup et suis absente de la maison 2 à 3 jours par semaine et visiblement le nombre de mes responsabilités va s'accroître. Mom mari évolue également professionnellement. Il gagne 1800€/ mois. Travaillant jusqu'à présent dans l'industrie (et y ayant très bien réussi), après un bilan de compétence il a choisi d'évoluer vers les travaux paysagers. Il a l'oppotunité d'être conducteur de travaux dans une entreprise prospère et de la reprendre en accord avec le directeur actuel de cette entreprise. Conséquences : ses heures de travail vont évoluer aussi vers le haut, il ne pourra plus déposer notre petit garçon le matin et aller le chercher le soir. Nous voulons chacun évoluer professionnellement et gagner plus d'argents afin d'assumer notre maison et nos ambitions personnelles (enfants, voiture, vacances, vis de tous les jours). Nous voyons que cela va nous poser un problème d'incompatibilité d'emploi du temps. Si l'un de nous 2 met un frein sur son travail, cela va générer de la frustration et il semblera difficile financièrement d'assumer notre maison. Si nous continuons dans nos 2 voies, qui s'occupera de notre/nos enfants? D'autant plus que d'ici 3 ans j'ai le projet de monter ma propre entreprise. J'ai proposé à mon mari une aide familiale (qu'un membre de ma famille nous aide) mais il ne veut pas en entendre parler. Pour lui, si nous avons choisi de faire un enfant c'est à nous de nous en occuper. Nous serions de mauvais parents dans le cas contraire. J'avoue que je culpabilise et que je ne sais pas quelle voie choisir? avez-vous quelques conseils à me donner pour gérer cette "petite" crise.

Je suis aide medico psychologique depuis 1995 je travaille à mi-temps dans le cadre de mon congés parental, qui s'arrête fin août. J'ai bien entamé une VAE pour obtenir un BTS ESF et ai passer l'examen DAEU pour poursuivre mon projet de formation .Je ne manque pas de courage, ni d'audace mais j'aime beaucoup mon emploi .
