auto entrepreneur et métier de l'immobilier
Je me permets de vous contacter car je souhaiterais aujourd’hui créer une activité complémentaire à côté de mon emploi actuel.
Mon problème aujourd’hui et pour lequel je vous contacte est que je souhaiterais prendre un statut d’auto-entrepreneur dans le secteur de l’immobilier en tant qu’apporteur d’affaires, ou courtier en immobilier. Je souhaiterais proposer mes services aux particuliers encore réticents de laisser leurs biens aux agences. Je proposerais donc un véritable travail de recherche et de mise en concurrence des ces divers réseaux immobiliers pour pouvoir faire bénéficier à ces vendeur de frais d’agence les plus bas du marché
(typiquement le travail d’un courtier). Bien évidemment avec une corrélation entre frais d’agence et services rendus (moyens mis en œuvres pour vendre le bien immobilier). Tout ceci facturé à l'agence (% sur les frais d'agence).
Mon problème aujourd’hui est de savoir :
1) Si oui ou non le métier d’apporteur d’affaire ou de courtier peut-être exercé avec le statut d'auto entrepreneur et si oui lequel est préférable ?
2) Si cette idée est réellement viable et exploitable ?
Effectivement, après des heures de recherche passées sur Internet, je trouve de tout et du "n’importe quoi" et je ne sais plus vers qui me tourner.
