Aide à la reprise d'activité des femmes

Bonjour,
Cette aide existe effectivement, c’est « l’aide à la reprise d’activité des femmes » (ARAF).
Cette aide est destinée aux femmes qui n’ont pas de système de garde en place et d’organiser leur retour à l’emploi.

Vous pouvez en bénéficier sous certaines conditions :
-être inscrite comme demandeuse d’emploi et bénéficiaire de l’une de ces allocations : RMI revenu minimum d’insertion, ASS allocation spécifique de solidarité, API allocation parent isolé ou AV allocation veuvage.
-être mère d’un ou plusieurs enfants de moins de six mois dont vous aviez la garde avant votre reprise d’emploi.

Vous pouvez bénéficier de l’ARAF si vous avez un CDD d’au moins 2 mois dont la rémunération ne dépasse pas 1295,82 E brut mensuel.

Même si vous n’êtes pas exactement dans cette situation, vous pouvez demander à bénéficier de l’ARAF à titre temporaire, en cas de grande difficulté, et ce d’autant plus, si cette situation entrave votre retour à l’emploi.
L’ARAF est attribuée par l’ANPE. Elle n’entre pas en compte dans les ressources pour le calcul du RMI et de l’API allocation parent isolé.

Le dossier est à retirer à l’ANPE. Vous devez présenter certains justificatifs :
-une copie du livret de famille ou toute pièce justifiant de l’âge de vos enfants
-une déclaration sur l’honneur attestant que vous gardiez vos enfants avant votre reprise d’activité.
-une copie du contrat de travail
