En congé parental, tout dépend si la personne est toujours considérée comme salariée d'une entreprise qui cotise au Fongécif...
Apparemment, vous parlez de droits Assedic ce qui veut donc dire que vous n'êtes plus salariée et donc vous n'avez à priori plus droit au CIF.
